We also recognize the following opt-out keywords: STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END. Your opt-out request will be processed immediately, and you will receive a confirmation message. After opting out, you will not receive any further SMS messages from YouGot unless you re-opt in.

7. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your reminder settings. You control how many reminders you create and when they are delivered. YouGot sends only the reminder messages you request, plus minimal service messages (welcome confirmation, opt-out confirmation).

8. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS messages sent by YouGot, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. YouGot is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Reminder content is retained for 90 days after a reminder has been delivered or canceled, then permanently deleted.

If you opt out of SMS messages, we will remove your phone number from our active messaging list immediately. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except as required by law.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. All data is transmitted using industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL). Your information is stored on secure, access-controlled servers.
