1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the YouGot website (yougot.ai) and SMS reminder service (collectively, the "Service") operated by Foresight AI Partners ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

2. Description of Service

YouGot is an AI-powered reminder service that allows you to create reminders using natural language. You type what you want to be reminded about, and YouGot uses artificial intelligence to parse your request, schedule it, and deliver a reminder to you via SMS text message or email at the specified time.

The Service is web-based and operates by sending automated SMS messages to United States mobile phone numbers and/or emails to the addresses you provide.

4. Account and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide a valid mobile phone number that you own or are authorized to use
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms
• Not use the Service to send reminders containing illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Be solely responsible for the content of your reminder messages

6. Subscription Plans and Billing

YouGot offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor (Stripe). By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

7. Opt-Out Rights

You may opt out of YouGot SMS messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any YouGot text message
• Replying HELP for assistance
• Contacting us at support@yougot.ai

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages from YouGot unless you re-opt in.

8. Intellectual Property

The YouGot name, logo, branding, website design, and all related intellectual property are owned by Foresight AI Partners. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of the content of your reminders. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your reminder content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• SMS messages will be delivered at the exact scheduled time
• AI parsing of your natural language input will always be accurate
• The Service will be compatible with all mobile carriers or devices

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on carrier networks and device availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foresight AI Partners and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in El Paso County, Texas.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
